Recent strategic developments include the acquisition of Dedrone, a drone defense technology provider, completed in late 2024 to enhance airspace security and first-responder drone capabilities; the January 2024 acquisition of Fusus for real-time crime center integration; and the September 2025 agreement to acquire Prepared, an AI-powered emergency communications platform valued at approximately $800-900 million, expected to close in Q4 2025, expanding real-time 911 response and public safety workflows.
